The Runner Alien (also referred to as Dog Alien) is another form of adult Xenomorph. It is primarily quadrupedal (due to the host it was spawned from - a quadrupedal animal), has digitigrade hind legs, and lacks the dorsal tubes of the human-spawned variety. Behavior-wise it differs from Drone, in that it is prone to using its mouth instead of its front legs as its primary weapon to attack and just like the dog or another animal it mauls its victims with its teeth.
